Great location. Quieter than being in the city, yet with everything you need close at hand. A 3 minute flat walk to free trams into the city/station (city/station ones are all free). And 5 min walk to grocery store (Woolworths) and other stores, restaurants, take aways, etc. 2 mins walk from the promonade by the waterfront, to look at the yachts and boats. Staff were all helpful. No restaurant/bar on site. Does have a gym, but we walked a lot, so didn't use it. We booked a 1-bed apartment as wanted the laundry facilities in the room. But there is a launderette in the building too. Our room was spacious and well equipped. We had a lovely view from our balcony. Everything was nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again, rather than be in the bustling city.

Amazing customer service, opportunity to pre check in, central yet peaceful location. Luggage storage available for later flights or early check-in. About a 5 minute walk to the local shopping centre, and a tram stop within 2 minute walk from apartment. I did pre check-in around 30 minutes before I arrived, and was allowed to check-in earlier. I also stayed on level 12, which had an amazing harbour view equipped with a balcony and a full sized kitchen. I also recieved a free upgrade, with extended late check-out. The overall stay was lovely, very peaceful and stress free. Perfect for family's, couples and solo travellers like myself. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, will definitely be back.

Quest NewQuay is a fantastic place to stay. Because it is just on the edge of the city of Melbourne, it was less crowded, quieter and felt safer. It was easy to get to by car. The location is excellent-there is an IGA across the road (which has a deli), cafes (open for breakfast) and restaurants around. I could also use Ubereats for delivery to the hotel. There is a tram stop on the corner for a quick trip into the city (in the free zone) and a shopping centre close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to securely store our e-bike and provide alternate parking at a good rate for the car park a block away as our car was too high for the hotel parking 2.1m clearance. Our room had lovely waterviews! Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, where we felt very comfortable. We stayed in the larger one-bedroom apartment, which had beautiful, spacious rooms with great amenities. The place was clean with daily housekeeping. The location is very convenient - right by the harbor with a tram station just outside the door and many attractions within walking distance. Our apartment included a washing machine and dishwasher, and laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid were kindly provided at the reception. The staff was also very friendly.

The location was excellent, so close to everything we needed plus IGA across the street The view of the Melbourne Star from our window was also great Having an ensuite in the main bedroom was really handy too as we had our grandchildren with us Reception staff were attentative and pleasant

The apartment was clean, functional and the beds very comfortable. There was a large balcony. The kitchen had all we needed for one night however for longer would need more stocking. It has a washer and dryer two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Two TV's. The Quest New Quay is in Docklands and the tram stops outside. 10 mins to the CBD. We caught the tram which is quicker than an UBer or Taxi. IGA across the road. Feels safe.

Staff were very friendly. We received an upgrade for my 50th birthday so we were really grateful for that. Thank you. It is super close and walking distance to Marvel Stadium and the District at Docklands.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is really handy, with a tram stop and IGA right out front. Along with lots of food and shopping options around/across the road. We were travelling with a child and there were lots of things for her to do around the Docklands for easy afternoons. Rooms were a good size and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and all rooms had air-conditioning.

Staff were absolutely awesome, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The manager who checked us in he was lovely and made it a quick and seamless check in. The reception staff were fantastic and the receptionist who had to manage the evacuation was so professional, she stayed ca and had excellent communication skills.
